Member of the board of the NB Ladies Golf Association for 11 years, and was president in 1970 & 1971;
Elected to the executive of the Canadian Ladies Golf Association in 1971 as junior development director, and served 10 years, including a term as president in 1978 & 1979;
Advanced training and competitive opportunities for junior women in New Brunswick and Canada;
Canadian delegate to the World Golf Council in 1978 and to the Commonwealth council in 1979;
Member of the rules committee at the World Golf Championships in Fiji in 1978;
President of the NB Ladies Curling Association in 1986-87;
Received Sport New Brunswick Volunteer Award for service to golf in 1990.
