  • Hockey career was launched in Oromocto, N.B. where he played on the Pee-Wee "A" team that participated in the prestigious Quebec International tournament (1968)
  • Drafted in the third round by the St. Louis Blues of the NHL in 1977
  • Led all right wingers in scoring in Canadian Junior league in 1976-77 with 73 goals and 52 assists
  • Member of Canadian team to Izvestia tournament in Moscow, winning the bronze medal in 1979
  • Scored 68 goals in 167 games with St. Louis (1977-82)
  • In 1982-83, was assigned to Vancouver's AHL farm club, the Fredericton Express, recording 53 goals in just 80 games
  • Named AHL first team all star at right wing in 1983
  • In 1985-86 led the Express in scoring with 35 goals and 40 assists
  • Played professionally in Europe 1986-1990
