  • First President of the New Brunswick Badminton Association
  • NB’s representative in the Canadian Badminton Association from 1965 to 1983 (18 years) as well as serving three years as the Association’s President (1975 to 1978)
  • Organized and ran tournaments, junior training camps, umpiring and coaching clinics in Moncton
  • Arranged coaching seminars for the Atlantic Provinces
  • Served as President of the Maritime Badminton Association in 1964 - 1965
  • Brought the 1976 Canadian National Championship to the Université de Moncton
  • Arranged the first Pan American Badminton Championship in 1976
  • Organized tours of international players in New Brunswick and other parts of Canada
  • A member of the International Badminton Federation Council from 1976 to 1982
  • Editor of “World Badminton” magazine from 1978 to 1979
